Chef Richard Sandoval’s Hispanic Chef Creator Cohort Program
During Hispanic Heritage Month, Chef Richard Sandoval launched Old Ways New Hands, his first fellowship cohort, aimed to preserve and amplify Hispanic culture by teaching the next generation of Latin chefs, creators, and restaurateurs both culinary and business skills.
Hundreds of candidates from across the country applied for the 5 spots.
We are pleased to share these inaugural cohort members, who will be traveling to Mexico this month for a Masterclass workshop lead by Chef Sandoval.
Much more to come.
